How much is shipping, and when is it free?
Standard shipping is $8, and it is free on orders over $70. Express shipping is $15. Rates are charged in US dollars at checkout and apply to United States addresses.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Allow one to two business days for us to pack, then four to eight business days in transit on standard shipping. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day; anything after that cutoff moves to the next one. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Can I return something, and how long do I have?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return an item. There is no restocking fee. You cover the cost of return postage unless the error was ours, meaning the item arrived wrong, damaged or defective, in which case we pay it. Email support@marcyclothingny.com before posting anything back so we can confirm the item is inside the window. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
What do the sizes mean?
Our sizes are waist measurements in inches, and they run from 28 to 42. A small number of track pant styles are offered in combined sizes such as 30-32 and 34-36. Our Size Guide explains how to measure and what to do if you fall between two sizes.
How do I know which fit I am buying?
Every product page states three things we hold on record for that style: the colour, the fit and the fabric. Fits across the catalogue are baggy, barrel, regular, relaxed, straight, oversized, tapered, bootcut, slim and wide leg. A baggy or barrel leg wears noticeably wider than a regular fit at the same waist size.
